ArcelorMittal's Canadian mining operations relied on manual data entry to track 50K+ daily sensor readings. I led the team that built the real-time integration platform that replaced it — from Brazil, fully remote.

ArcelorMittal Mines Canada was manually reconciling physical sensor data with virtual models across their mining facilities — a slow, error-prone process touching 50K+ readings per day. I led development of a web platform that automated the entire pipeline: real-time data ingestion from multiple facility systems, automated merging of virtual models with physical sensor readings, and a unified operations dashboard. Shipped from Brazil as part of a fully remote international team coordinating daily with Canadian stakeholders.
